Join us as we honor the outstanding leaders and businesses who make Frederick a wonderful place to live and work. It is an evening dedicated to looking back on our shared achievements and looking forward to a bright future in Southwest Oklahoma.

As folks are mingling before and during the catered meal, they have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction with fabulous prizes donated by many of our local business members!

âť‹ Most Useful Citizen

Since 1933 the Frederick Lion’s Club has awarded a male and a female the Most Useful Citizen Award each year at our Annual Banquet.

âť‹ Volunteer of the Year

We also present an award for the Volunteer of the Year, presented by the Chamber of Commerce Executive Director at the event.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The Chamber would certainly appreciate your support as a banquet sponsor.

The breakdown for sponsorship is as follows:

  • Platinum Sponsor $200 Donation: 8 banquet tickets

  • Gold Sponsor $150 Donation: 6 banquet tickets

  • Silver Sponsor $100 Donation: 4 banquet tickets

  • Bronze Sponsor $50 Donation: 2 banquet tickets

Your sponsorship will be listed in the program as well as various advertisements prior to the event. Please respond by January 16th, 2026 by returning the enclosed form or sending an email to frederickcc@pldi.net so that we will know how to list your business on the program.

If you have any questions, feel free to call the Chamber office at 580-335-2126. If you are unable to be a sponsor, please plan to attend the banquet anyway.

Tickets will be available at the event or an invoice may be emailed to you if requested.

Silent Auction Opportunity

The silent auction at the banquet has been a big success in the past, so we are again inviting the Chamber membership to donate a gift for the evening. The opening bids for all gifts will be $10. These can be any donated item – for example, gift certificates, services, items you might sell, or something you would like to give or receive. Linda Haston will be coordinating the gifts, so please call her at 580-335-7474 with a description of the item and to schedule pick-up of your items.
